4. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but they must provide a 24-hour notice before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

Google’s policies regarding review removal or filtering
Reputation damage resulting from customer reviews
We provide a system to help collect and manage reviews, but the results depend on customer interactions and third-party platforms.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes between users and BluBerry Reviews, we will first attempt to resolve issues through mediation. Both parties must engage in good faith discussions to reach a fair resolution.
If mediation does not resolve the dispute, further legal action may be pursued according to applicable laws.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
